Ammonite Developments are a team of focussed professionals who specialise in delivering 

High Quality yet Realistically Priced  projects. Initially we bought, developed and sold these properties yet we had more requests from homeowners to do developments and transformations for them.


We recognise that our lives are becoming busier than ever, juggling both family and work commitments

means you may not have the time to manage your own project.

However, this shouldn’t put you off from creating your dream home.


Our 'turnkey service' gives you the opportunity to see your dream develop from concept to completion, with the support of an experienced turnkey project manager, who will look after every aspect of your project.

From sourcing and managing trades, to handpicking those all-important, final finishes for you to choose from;

How 'WE' WORK

  • 1. Send us a request

    Let us know what you are looking to do, the timescale that you are working towards, where you are in the process and ideally an indication of budget.

  • 2. Initial Consultation

    We will sit down with you to dicsuss your plans and to define the process. Depending on what stage we get involved at and what the project consists of  we will have additional meetings to define the scope of works, and outline the various stages.

  • 3. Follow up Consultation

    Following the initial consultation we will scope the project, prepare drawings we can then discuss and possibly approve the process, initial schedule and anticipated budget. From expreience, most projects are evolutionary so be prepared for us to challenge you on ideas and plans. 

  • 4. Agree design and specifications

    Depending on the project this will either be dcided at the initial design stage or will be ongoing, with designs and products being submitted thoughout the construction process with schedules for agreement specified to ensure supplies are ready when required.

  • 5. Start project

    The start depends on the project, it could be getting plans and designs drawn up for submission to the planning authority or new designs for your kitchen, bathroom etc. Whatever it is we will manage every stage and keep you advised. 

  • 6. Scheduled updates

    We know our clients are keen to see and be involved with the progress of their project. 

    Equally we will need your input along the way as there is always something that will require additional communication and agreement. With larger priojects these are typically ongoing  and whilst we will project manage and minimise your involvement we will require you to agree amends, finishes etc., as the project develops.

  • 7. Finish on schedule

    As many of you will have watched the many TV programs you will know that not every job goes to plan and delays do creep in. 

    We are always realistic on schedules, we will not tell you what you want to hear, when we know that we cannot achieve the timescale. Sorry. We will however communicate progress and flag delays and complications and the subsequent impact as soon as they are known.
